AWS Infra Risk Management is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end risk management initiatives across AWS facilities. The role covers risk identification, assessment, feasibility analysis, solution development, remediation, stakeholder management, capital budgeting, and execution of complex technical programs across distributed teams. Candidates need at least three years of technical infrastructure delivery experience, including risk and critical-path management, project coordination, technical analysis, and external partner management; PMP, data center delivery, risk frameworks, and APAC market knowledge are preferred.
