Nebius is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the operational readiness and ongoing health of its COLO and BTS data center portfolio. The role serves as the primary interface with landlords and operators, manages SLA compliance, maintenance windows, audits, incident coordination, contractual obligations, and reporting, and partners with the IT team on deployments, capacity planning, and change management. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and willingness to travel to sites as needed.
