Medtronic is hiring a Technical Program Manager, Data Enablement to lead cross-functional programs advancing data and connectivity strategy across surgical capital products. The role manages program scope, schedule, dependencies, risk, and executive reporting; coordinates internal and external partners; defines data requirements, telemetry, and connectivity needs; guides trade-offs involving storage, flow, latency, security, scalability, and bandwidth; and supports analytics, visualization, and machine learning initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant technical program or project management experience, or a master’s degree with three years of relevant experience, along with experience in connected-device or IoT capabilities and third-party technology management. The stated U.S. base salary range is $142,400 to $213,600, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
