Description

AMAX is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead its Digital Operations initiative, which uses AI agent technology to integrate MES and ERP platforms and deliver operational data insights. The role bridges business stakeholders and offshore software development teams, owns end-to-end feature delivery, coordinates cross-functional work, validates solutions, manages risks and dependencies, and supports user training and adoption. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience in technical program management, industrial engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing operations; bilingual Mandarin and English proficiency; MES or ERP exposure; and foundational knowledge of AI agents, SQL, and API integrations. Additional Information

Hands-on exposure to MES and/or ERP systems, including shop-floor workflows, work orders, BOMs, scheduling, inventory, and data flows.
Foundational software knowledge of AI agents or LLMs, relational databases using SQL, and API-based integrations.

The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000. This may be subject to change based on the candidate's education, experience and skill set.
