Description
EnCharge AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager - Embedded Software to own end-to-end embedded software programs for AI accelerators, from architecture through silicon bring-up, validation, and customer or OEM deployment. The role coordinates firmware, device drivers, bootloaders, board support packages, hardware, architecture, compiler, runtime, and system teams; manages integrated schedules and cross-team risks; drives silicon and platform enablement; and supports distributed engineering and external partner execution. The position requires at least eight years of technical program or project management experience, with substantial embedded software, hardware-coupled software, and low-level systems experience, and offers a salary of $200,000 to $250,000 USD per year.
