Description
Seek Thermal is hiring a Technical Program Manager (Engineering Project Lead) to own the technical critical path of new-product development programs for LWIR thermal imaging products. The role coordinates electrical, mechanical, software/firmware, optics, and systems engineering through concept through production, manages design outputs, reviews, trade-offs, risks, verification, supplier requirements, and corrective actions, and reports to the SVP of Engineering. The position requires hands-on embedded systems expertise, structured quality and design-control experience, phase-gate and verification knowledge, and at least five years of engineering experience, including two years owning embedded hardware/software technical critical paths and one shipped sensing or electro-optical product. It is not a remote position and requires the candidate to be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
