General Matter is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead its enterprise systems program, including ERP and manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance systems. The role owns the integrated program plan, vendor selection, implementation partners, cross-functional dependencies, governance, delivery workstreams, cutover readiness, and change management across multiple departments. It requires at least eight years of technical program or project management experience, a full enterprise systems or ERP implementation, and the ability to work onsite in the United States. The base salary is $145,000 to $210,000 annually, with potential long-term incentives and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
