Description
Peak Energy is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager, ESS to lead the end-to-end development and deployment of sodium-ion large-scale energy storage systems. The role manages cross-functional engineering, product, supply chain, and operations teams; defines project scope and plans; coordinates customers, suppliers, and partners; mitigates risks; tracks KPIs and milestones; and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, 3–5+ years of program or project management experience, and strong knowledge of battery energy storage systems, energy management systems, and grid integration technologies. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay area and offers a salary of $170,000–$225,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, equity, and other benefits.
