Wayve is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Simulation, Evaluation & Validation to own end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs covering open and closed-loop simulation, evaluation platforms, synthetic data, critical-event pipelines, and behavior validation. The role coordinates release-gating validation across Autonomy, Science, Release, Product, and Safety; manages roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs; runs planning, reviews, and retros; and improves tooling and processes. It is a full-time hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, California, with an estimated salary of $214,900 to $274,000 plus competitive equity.
