Databricks is hiring a PS Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, high-visibility programs and drive delivery excellence for its PS practice. The role coordinates technical milestones and dependencies across concurrent engagements, leads complex technical delivery discussions with M5-level managers, mentors junior TPMs, and improves delivery processes. Candidates need 5–8 years of experience managing complex technical programs, intermediate technical fluency, AI proficiency, and must obtain Databricks Associate-level and PMP certifications within six months of hire.
