Anthropic is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Product to lead end-to-end model and product launches. The role coordinates research, engineering, product, infrastructure, and partnership teams; manages dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and launch processes; and builds relationships with technical stakeholders. Candidates should have several years of technical program management experience, deep knowledge of machine learning, and strong cross-functional communication skills. The position offers a hybrid arrangement requiring office presence at least 25% of the time and visa sponsorship may be available.
