Description
Scale is hiring a Planning TPM to own program-level planning and systems workstreams across demand forecasting, staffing and resource planning, opportunity forecasting and ingest, and account intelligence. The role will translate customer demand into reliable production plans, validate staffing, coordinate forecasting adjustments, maintain opportunity data, and build scalable planning tools and reporting for 1–2 priority accounts. The position is full-time and offers a base salary of $151,200–$189,000 USD in San Francisco or New York, along with equity, health, dental, vision, retirement, learning, and PTO benefits.
