Humanoid is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution of complex robotics development programs, including hardware platform new product introductions. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering teams across Boston, Vancouver, and London, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, blockers, stakeholder alignment, and program communication. Candidates need at least three years of relevant post-graduate experience leading hardware new product development, a technical degree, and experience with complex hardware, firmware, software, and cross-functional engineering environments. The role is based in Massachusetts and offers a base salary of $120,000–$160,000 USD per year, along with health coverage, retirement matching, equity, and other benefits.
