Description
Arista Networks is hiring a Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional hardware product development from concept through release and mass production. The role owns program plans, schedules, milestones, design reviews, validation and qualification tracking, issue resolution, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, product management, suppliers, and customers. It requires 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience, knowledge of rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience. The base salary is $130,000 to $200,000, with total estimated annual compensation of $250,000 to $350,000 including bonus and equity.
