OpenAI is hiring a Member of Technical Program Staff to drive the development, prototyping, integration, and early production of hardware used for data collection and robotic systems. The role coordinates functional requirements, mechanical and electrical interfaces, PCBAs, sensors, interconnects, testing, manufacturing, supply chain, and production readiness across research, operations, and engineering teams. It is based in San Francisco, California, and requires in-person presence four days per week.
