Description
The Technical Program Manager will independently manage programs extending beyond the immediate team, with a focus on emissions management and environmental compliance. Responsibilities include authoring program charters, managing stakeholder relationships and escalations, triaging technical issues, communicating program status, executing change management, maintaining trackers and reports, and defining governance structures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an environmental-related field and at least two years of program management experience; environmental subject-matter expertise is preferred.
