The Technical Program Manager II leads mission-critical technical programs from concept through production implementation, coordinating requirements, stakeholders, vendors, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams. The role supports customer-facing applications and internal business systems, manages software development lifecycles, and may serve as an Agile/Scrum product owner. It requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, 5–7 years of technical program management experience, distributed-systems and large-scale web or mobile application experience, agile development experience, and strong stakeholder and executive presentation skills.
