Advanced Packaging Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end product readiness for future machine-learning package designs. The role owns program strategy, execution plans, governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and post-launch reviews across engineering, operations, supply chain, and external vendors. Candidates need at least five years of technical program management experience with large-scale, cross-functional hardware programs, experience managing ambiguous multi-organization initiatives, strong documentation and risk-management skills, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
