Description
The Technical Program Manager will independently create project structures, communication plans, and execution frameworks for programs spanning multiple teams within Meta's data center infrastructure. The role drives accountability, resolves complex technical dependencies, defines technical requirements, coordinates cross-functional delivery, establishes success metrics, and improves operational processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, at least four years of software, systems, hardware, or technical product/program management experience, and experience with cloud or data center infrastructure technology.
