Lightning AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Infrastructure Delivery team to own infrastructure workstreams across compute, network, storage, hardware, platform engineering, and data center operations. The role coordinates engineering, operations, vendors, and external partners; manages plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments; supports hardware, network, storage, data center, and capacity initiatives; and progressively leads end-to-end infrastructure programs. Candidates need at least five years of relevant technical program management experience, strong infrastructure and TPM fundamentals, technical curiosity, and high learning agility. The anticipated annual base salary is $160,000–$220,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
