Description
The role owns complex, multidisciplinary technical programs spanning hardware, software, systems engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and customer delivery. It leads cross-functional execution from requirements and system definition through integration, qualification, production, and field delivery; coordinates engineering, customers, government stakeholders, vendors, and manufacturing partners; manages schedules, risks, dependencies, and program reviews; and supports proposals, estimates, and future-phase planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least five years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, engineering project management, operations, or a related role supporting complex technical products.
