Description
The Technical Program Manager II coordinates with customer engineering teams to define AI server and rack system architecture, thermal, and power requirements. The role manages the full new-product-introduction lifecycle from design and prototype builds through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production, coordinates cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams, resolves technical issues, mitigates risks, and supports business development through technical proposals and customer engagement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a related field and 2–5 years of experience in server product development, AI server and rack system integration, NPI program management, and cross-functional coordination.
