The role partners with engineering and cross-functional teams to define execution plans, manage dependencies and risks, track program metrics, report status to senior management, and serve as a liaison between developers and customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of program management experience including enterprise software, software engineering knowledge, and proficiency with project management and distributed version control tools. The posting is hybrid and offers a base salary of 108,000–184,000 USD for Level 2 and 136,000–212,750 USD for Level 3, plus equity and benefits.
