Description
The role leads the development and technical execution of the LYNX portfolio, managing customer-specific orders, product configurations, project plans, subcontractors, schedules, capacity, and budgets. It coordinates technical work across internal and external departments, supports technical proposals, and reports to the LYNX area manager. The position requires a technical university degree, more than five years of experience leading technical projects and functional teams, project-management certification, knowledge of project-management tools, and excellent German and English skills. It is based in Kiel and offers flexible working time models and partial remote work.
