Tesla Automation is hiring a Line-Owner to independently lead cross-functional automation projects from order receipt through development, implementation, production launch, and ongoing achievement of production and quality targets. The role coordinates with department heads and external leadership partners, manages project milestones against cost and schedule requirements, communicates with internal and global stakeholders, and produces project reports and analyses. Candidates need a relevant four-year university degree, several years of experience in automotive or mechanical engineering project management, cross-functional team-management experience, strong communication and conflict-management skills, German and English fluency, and willingness to travel.
