Hadrian is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule for key programs and products in a high-mix new-product-development manufacturing environment. The role integrates engineering, supply chain, operations, procurement, construction, equipment installation, and qualification timelines; tracks schedule performance and risks; coordinates cross-functional reviews; and develops scheduling standards and automation. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, demonstrated IMS development and management experience, scheduling methodology knowledge, and experience with scheduling tools and automations.
