Description
The Technical Program Manager, Mission Integration will own downstream program management for autonomous aerial systems from first flight through handoff to customer training and demo teams. The role manages schedules and milestones, aligns engineering and growth, reviews statements of work, supports product handoffs, and flies platforms in the field to translate insights back to engineering and product. It is a full-time, on-site position in the San Francisco Bay Area with approximately 25% travel, reporting to the Head of Mission Integration, and offers $140,000–$180,000 plus equity. Candidates need 5–10 years of experience, a technical program management track record, relevant software or hardware expertise, and the ability to work with engineers without performing engineering work.
