7 years of experience managing and leading multiple technical, cross-functional engineering teams in complex environments.
Program management and portfolio financial management, including budget tracking, capacity planning, contract and vendor oversight, and executive reporting.
Agile project management, including sprint ceremonies, release planning, backlog grooming, and Agile scaling.
DevOps integration, including CI/CD toolchains, automated deployment strategies, and infrastructure governance.
Business process analysis, including mapping current-state and future-state processes and translating workflows into technical requirements.
