Description
The Backbone & Capacity Delivery Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end multi-year backbone architecture and capacity delivery programs supporting large-scale AI infrastructure. The role owns architecture roadmaps, long-haul transport, optical, routing, reliability, and performance standards; coordinates delivery from demand through provision-ready and construction milestones; manages cross-functional risks and blockers; establishes program structure in emerging domains; and mentors Technical Program Managers. The position requires at least 10 years of infrastructure or networking technical program management experience, portfolio ownership across engineering teams, and expertise in network fundamentals.
