DigitalOcean is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Physical Infrastructure team to drive value delivery across technical programs and special projects involving data center build-outs, hardware deployment, global fleet capacity, and operational initiatives. The role partners with Product, Engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, facilities, hardware engineering, colocation providers, remote hands, and internal networking teams; manages schedules, risks, scope changes, commitments, and cross-functional decisions; and improves processes to bring infrastructure online faster. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of $98,000 to $122,000, with potential bonus and equity compensation.
