Description
The Technical Program Manager will lead release programs for the PlayStation online services platform, coordinating engineering, QA, PMO, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders across Japan and overseas. The role manages release plans, progress, risks, issues, milestones, dependencies, quality, and process improvements while understanding technical requirements and supporting large-scale agile development. It requires software development or Technical Program Management experience, release planning, agile or waterfall knowledge, technical aptitude, and English communication; cloud, CI/CD, Jira, and gaming experience are preferred.
