Tenstorrent is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end software development for its next-generation chiplet-based SiP, spanning architecture through tape-out, silicon debug, and software productization across AI, CPU, memory, and I/O chiplet domains. The role manages multi-year software roadmaps, vendor integrations, CI/CD and testing frameworks, risk and program metrics, and cross-functional teams, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Santa Clara, California; Austin, Texas; or Toronto, Ontario.
