Description
Lam Research is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to translate manufacturing and quality expertise into AI-enabled automation and software solutions. The role defines business rules from engineering drawings, GD&T, supplier and process data, and inspection records; converts them into testable requirements; validates measurement systems and process performance using SPC, DOE, Gage R&R, and related methods; partners with engineering, IT, and data teams throughout development; and leads end-to-end AI-enabled process transformation initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a master’s degree, and experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, process engineering, or digital transformation.
