Description
MatX is hiring a Senior NPI TPM, Rack-Scale AI Systems to manage the integrated new-product-introduction lifecycle for rack and board platforms from engineering builds through final-volume production ramp. The role serves as the primary technical interface with external CM/JDM partners, coordinates PLM, BOM, ECO, material readiness, factory test, quality metrics, supply-chain risk, and ramp readiness, and leads executive reporting and production-readiness playbooks. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant technical program, NPI, manufacturing, hardware, or engineering program management experience, along with hardware-build and manufacturing-execution expertise. The position offers a US base salary of $250,000–$600,000 plus equity, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
