Scale is hiring a Technical Program Manager to manage day-to-day partnerships with frontier AI model developers. The role owns customer conversations, scopes and grows engagements, coordinates delivery with research and operations, supports public benchmark launches, and translates safety and adversarial ML findings into commercial and technical audiences. The position requires technical fluency in model behavior, adversarial machine learning, and AI safety, along with experience managing technical accounts or partnerships; relevant experience, red teaming or penetration testing, and an advanced degree are preferred. The full-time role offers a base salary of $151,200–$189,000 USD in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, plus equity and benefits.
