Fairwinds Technologies is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development, acquisition, regulatory approval, logistics, installation, integration, testing, acceptance, and operational turnover of international telecommunications, SATCOM, and satellite gateway infrastructure. The role manages multiple international deployment programs, coordinates engineering teams, vendors, contractors, government and host-nation stakeholders, and oversees schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, compliance, and reporting. It is a hybrid office and field position based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with 25–50% travel and frequent international deployment travel.
