FAR.AI is hiring full-time Technical Program Managers to define and deliver programs for foundational research and research infrastructure. The role owns complex, multi-team technical programs from idea through delivery, prioritizes competing research demands, builds compute and resource roadmaps, partners with researchers to transfer findings and tools, and connects research and engineering with internal operations, events, and communications teams. Candidates should have a strong technical background, at least four years of experience building technical programs from scratch, AI/ML coordination experience, and a record of delivering complex programs and facilitating technology transfer. The position is remote in the United States or in-office in the Bay Area, may require 10% travel, and offers health insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, leave, and a work stipend for eligible employees.
