Google DeepMind is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the path from research prototypes to production for agent capabilities. The role partners with researchers, research engineers, technical and program leads, translates work into prioritized backlogs, manages schedules and risks, drives benchmarking and hillclimbing, and oversees production readiness, load testing, capacity planning, deployment, and handover to product teams. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of technical program management experience, five years across product development phases, five years in software development life-cycle and stakeholder management, and two years developing or launching GenAI, AI/ML, or LLM products or technologies.
