Description
Cape is hiring its first Security Technical Program Manager to build the security program from scratch and integrate with security engineering across detection and response, corporate security, and product security. The role will set priorities, manage backlogs and roadmaps, translate security requirements and risks for product teams, oversee security tooling procurement and implementation, and serve as a technical liaison between security and the broader engineering organization. Candidates need prior TPM or PM experience embedded with a security team, computer engineering fundamentals, technical program communication experience, and strong prioritization and backlog-management skills. Compensation is $180,000–$230,000 depending on level, experience, and interview performance, with medical, dental, and vision premium coverage and other benefits.
