Description
Meta is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex silicon development programs from concept through production. The role partners with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to manage large-scale workstreams, bootstrap ambiguous programs, monitor risks and milestones, resolve dependencies, and drive execution across design, verification, tape-out, and manufacturing readiness. Candidates need a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of silicon development, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience, and demonstrated expertise in complex silicon programs, process optimization, strategic direction, and executive communication.
