Description
Synopsys is hiring a Technical Program Manager–Simulation to build and lead the APAC PMO function, overseeing complex customer programs and strategic initiatives across Japan, Korea, and the broader region. The role establishes PMO methodologies, governance, resource planning, capacity forecasting, executive reporting, and delivery execution; partners with Sales, Operations, Professional Services, and ACE; and manages and develops Project Managers. It is an onsite role based in Tokyo requiring office attendance four to five days per week, with up to 25% travel across APAC.
