Tenstorrent is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the development and integration of multiple chiplets supporting RISC-V CPU servers, machine learning processors, memory, and I/O functionality. The role manages complex, cross-functional semiconductor programs from early architecture through tape-out, coordinating internal engineering teams, external contributors, and senior stakeholders while tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and program reviews. It is a hybrid position based in Tokyo, Japan, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in SoC chip design, technical program management, or engineering leadership.
