Qualcomm Canada ULC is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, development, execution, and delivery of software, firmware, emulation, and silicon validation programs for datacenter networking products. The role owns program plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, KPIs, stakeholder communication, and multi-year roadmaps, coordinating across silicon, firmware, software, and emulation teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and at least four years of program management or related experience are required; advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.
