Description
The Advanced Technical Leader, also described as the Technical Program Manager for Software Modernization and AI Enablement, leads high-impact technical programs and initiatives in a regulated medical device software environment. The role owns software modernization, tech debt, tooling, release governance, verification readiness, and the organization’s Generative AI adoption roadmap, while partnering with architects, software leads, Quality, and Regulatory functions. It requires at least six years of technical program management or hybrid technical execution experience, knowledge of regulated software development lifecycle requirements, release governance experience, and strong stakeholder management.
