Description
Dexmate is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of its software platform roadmap. The role coordinates frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, and robot-side teams; maintains roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and launch timelines; identifies risks and mitigation plans; manages integration, testing, release readiness, and production rollout; and communicates status and timeline changes to stakeholders. The position requires at least four years of technical program or software project management experience, experience with complex software platform, SaaS, cloud, IoT, or robotics projects, and strong organization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
