Description
The role manages Zoox’s triage program for defects, high-severity live-service issues, and safety-critical events. Responsibilities include classifying and routing issues, improving triage health through metrics, managing intake and escalation, planning commitments and capacity across onshore, offshore, and vendor teams, and program-managing triage tooling and automation. The position requires a systems-oriented technical background, data fluency, tool-building experience, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to structure complex work.
