Description
The Technical Program Manager, Technology Integration & Support leads the end-to-end onboarding, integration, and deployment of automation vendor technologies such as AGVs, AMRs, and autonomous floor-care systems across Amazon’s fulfillment and sortation network. The role manages vendor IT onboarding, network architecture and configuration, third-party security and compliance, technical assessments, infrastructure deployment coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management. It requires at least two years of technical program management and large-scale networking experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience managing external technical vendor relationships. The position is available in New York, Nashville, Austin, and Bellevue, with base salaries ranging from $120,800 to $189,200 annually.
