Description
The Technical Program Manager will lead and manage technical programs for branded card products, including new launches, features, enhancements, and digital wallets. The role owns project delivery, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and process improvements, while collaborating with engineering, QA, compliance, design, and other teams. It requires 10+ years of IT technical program management experience, strong software development knowledge, Agile and project management expertise, JIRA and database skills, cloud and microservices familiarity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is USD 35,000–125,000, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays available to full-time employees.
