Description
The Technical Program Manager provides leadership, coordination, and programmatic oversight for engineering, modeling and simulation, mission engineering, and systems analysis efforts supporting the NSWC Crane Model Based Engineering Assessment Division. The role manages planning, execution, reporting, compliance, budgets, schedules, risks, and performance across engineering project teams and serves as the primary interface with government IPT leads, branch managers, and contractor personnel. The position is based in Crane, Indiana and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of DoD program or project management experience, multi-disciplinary program leadership, DoD acquisition knowledge, senior government briefing experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance.
