Description
The Technical Program Manager will lead technical projects and one cross-functional team supporting digital platforms for a bank. The role owns product delivery, software development roadmaps, Agile sprints, dependencies, risks, compliance, testing, defects, KPIs, and stakeholder reporting. It requires an engineering undergraduate background, 5–15 years of experience, prior product engineering or development experience, and knowledge of Indian banking systems and regulations; PMP and Agile certifications are preferred.
